Recipe Corner with Chef Fatty: Started a Fist Fight Shepherd's Pie

Now I'm not saying that this is the best shepherd's pie. I'm just saying it is the best I've come up with it. It is very different from traditional and slightly complicated but I hope you enjoy.

The Filling
4 lbs of 1/2 bison 1/2 beef (or pork is another great meat as well)
1 can (around 15oz) dark stout beer
2 tblsp Better than Bouillon Beef paste
1 16 oz can tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste
1 tbls of rosemary
1 tbls thyme
2 tsp spanish paprika
1 tbls onion powder
2 tbls minced garlic
3 bell peppers diced
3 onions diced.

Mix tomato sauce, tomato paste, thyme, rosemary, and beer together. Sautee onions, peppers, garlic, and then brown meat. Add onion powder and smoked paprika. Mix all the ingredients together and simmer for ten minutes. Set aside.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes
5 lbs potatos
10 cloves garlic
2 tsp Mrs Dash garlic
1 quart buttermilk
1/2 lb butter
1 cup sourcrean
1 cup mixed cheese
1 bunch of green onions finely minced

Place cloves of garlic in buttermilk and put them on to simmer. Do this while you bring the diced potatoes to boil. When potatoes are done remove garlic from buttermilk and mince finely. Add minced garlic, and the rest of the ingredients. Mash or stir till smooth.

1 bag frozen french cut green beans.
Super sharp cheddar cheese.

Put frozen green beans on top of filling in large pan. Cover with potatos then top with super sharp cheddar. Cook at 375 till lightly brown on top and enjoy.

((Fist fights are optional but best prepared for. ))
